I've noticed that a lot of Impatiens are infected with either spider mites or some other tiny insect this year (thrips?). I see them with small often curled eaves at the stores. Some have striations on the leaves. If you're not sure you can either try one of the safer insecticides or perhaps fertilizer. If they're growing in pots with restricted root growth they may be "starving."
