Too much water?

Thanks to Ernesto and more rain behind him, my yard here near the swamps is quite wet. Several of my impatiens have gotten droopy and had to be pulled up. Is this because of too much water or is it something else?

I just let mine stay and dry out. Some of mine are yellow, but they are getting healthier by the day.
