Can dying impatiens be nursed to health?

Hi. I have some impatiens that I have been growing indoors for several months and they have done beautifully until the last week or so. I was going to transplant them into better soil, because they didn't seem to be retaining water well and I have had to water them almost every day to keep them from loosing turgor. I accidentally skipped a day, and they went completely limp. I watered them and they perked up, but now ALL of their leaves have dropped off and they have bugs crawling on them (not aphids). Is there any way to save them at this point? I don't want to stress them more, but I'd like to nurse them back to health as quickly as possible if it isn't too late!
