| I have an impatient that I've had indoors for a couple of years. It is finally getting to the point that I need to prune it (it's about a meter wide and nealy a meter tall). (A large branch just broke off, and now I'm worried about its health.)
How do i go about pruning it? Can I just plain cut off any of the stalks that I want to (not too many of course.) Thanks in avdvance for any help you can give this novice gardner. |

| Sophietje I have had many Impatiens loose major stems and they come back bushier than ever. Pruning does help but to get caried away leave some branches until you get some new growth than you can go for the other branches if you want. |

| Thank you very much for the response. And I apologise: I just realised that I've mispelled Impatiens! |
