| I have been seeing so many robins around here! There is a flock of at least 100 scrounging around under my crabapple trees looking for something to eat, and looking very cold and hungry. And now the new snow has covered even those old crabapples up. I don't think I've ever seen so many robins (if any at all) when it's this cold and snowy. Have others been seeing them, too? I'm concerned that they won't be in very good shape for the nesting season when they've gone through this cold and hunger. It seems they got some bad weather forecsting somewhere. |

| Wow, 100 robins in one yard is really something. I've seen zero. Maybe your place is "the" place to be if you're a robin! ;o) |

| We have quite a few here in Washington, too, and they're eating the crab apples. I don't remember seeing them so early, and they've been here since mid-January, even before it got really cold. I just thought they were returning early because of the mild winter. Of course, that was before 'mild' turned 'wild'! |

| I saw them too! Back even in January I saw them all huddling under evergreen bushes, eating a some kind of red berry that fell from them. I felt so sorry for them! I've been seeing more now that it is warmer. Hope they do well! |
