First blooms !!!

| I noticed yesterday I have a few crocus peeking out in the garden !! Yay !!!! I'm so anxious for the weather to warm up just enough to get out in the yard and start puttering again !!! Hostas and daylilies are starting to come up too. Anywone else out there seeing the signs of spring in their gardens ?? |

We have crocus coming up, but not blooming yet. The only plants blooming are the forced bulb gardens that I took home from the greenhouse, which look really strange because they are almost done blooming and look past their prime, but will look great next spring. Taking home plants is a great perk for working at a greenhouse.
Daylilies are showing little green tips, but not much for hosta eyes yet. |

| I noticed a few buds on some daffodils so it won't be long now. Some pernnenials are starting to come up that bloom early in the season. I can't wait to get in my gardens and clean clean clean. |

| i've got hostas breaking ground and the daylilies, columbines, coreopsis, some bleeding hearts are about 2-3 in. tall and the hydranges have buds on them as a lot of the flowering trees and shrubs. spring is here! |

| I just love this time of year. I was out tonight after work doing a little cleaning up around my pond. The daylilies are just coming up like crazy !!!! My tulips and daffs are all up a few inches too. My grass still looks terrible tho. SOunds like this coming weekend will be really nice for working outside !! I have some major pond-cleaning to do !! |

| I see the tulips coming up, sedum is breaking ground too. Waiting for hosta. I bet I will have a lot today with the nice temps. Wish I had time to be home and clean the garden beds. |

March 29: first, and only, daffodil. Several other daffodils are showing color in the buds.
Siberian squill under the soft maple tree are in bloom today, too.
Also one, and only one, grape hyacinth is blooming. |

daffodils and crocus are in bloom and forsynthia is just starting to get yellow buds. cant wait, its my favorite!!
