Mushrooms are out

My brother went out mushroom hunting over the weekend and he got about 30. That's not the only thing thats out... TICKS they are bad this year. I have already found 2 crawling on me and I haven't even been out in the timber.

I can't what to go hunt mushrooms! Your the first I have heard from to find them this year. My Granddaughter had a tick on her this weekend. So I'm afraid the tick problem is also here. I'm in Waterloo, Were are you located?

Those ticks. They are always bad this time of year, it must be their hatching time. We found some mushrooms too and some ticks. I actually don't like to eat them, the mushrooms that is. (I know, I know) but I sure like to hunt them. It's like easter for grown-ups...

LOL-Yes it is! I FOUND ONE!!! I FOUND ONE!!!....then shhhhh don't tell...LOL

Don't forget to ask permission before hunting on private ground.

hey- I'm next door here in IOwa county. DH & DS found a half of frocery bag full of mushrooms (the little greys) and one big yellow.. Only found one tick on DS he's getting a hair cut!!
