I'd say, not a chance.

I've grown eucalyptus from seed. You have to start it in early Spring and it doesn't get very tall before it gets frost-bitten. However, if you want dried eucalytus in the house in the winter you can get enough for one vase by growing several plants. I find it is cheaper than buying a bunch of dried eucalyptus at the craft store.

I have never tried to overwinter a eucalyptus plant in the house but don't see why it can't be done.
