Bugs eating leaves

| well i really dont' know how to keep them off. this morning i found all my sunflower seedlings half or all gone. and the other day something stole some of the strawberries that came out in my balcony. i also have a lemon tree which iam afraid they might damage. i sprayed this bug spray(for gardens) iam not sure if it will help
i think the problem is that my balcony has a huge tree beside it on which many squiirels go on. any tips on how to keep these guys off :)?
