Mexican Sagebrush anyone?

Do any of you have Mexican Sagebrush growing in your gardens? Or maybe called Mexican Bush, Salvia? I saw this in a garden magazine and fell in love with it. I can't find anything on it, except it might be Mexican Bush, Salvia. And then I can't find anything on that either. Any suggesions?

Thanks

I'm not very saqe about salvias, but Mexican Bush Salvia I know is Salvia leucantha.I've seen it growing in gardens in California... tall, with flowers fuzzy purple and white.Absolutlely not hardy here, but suppose you could grow it in a really big pot.If the purple and white(or all purple sometimes) isn't the right color, then it could be one of several other salvias you're thinking of, as several salvias (and even some artemesias) are referred to as sagebrush.

Thank you so much for the info. I will do some further investigating.
