tipsy flower pot containers

My daughter showed me a picture of this adorable design for flower pots. It used a shepherds hook or rebar down the center to stack the pots. I want to try making one myself. could someone please post a picture and directions on how it is done? thanks

Too cute & gets things up in the air.

That is so cute!

I finished mine and there is a link that you can use to look at it in another post "Iowa Green Thumb". I am attaching the directions link, as well.

Here is a link that might be useful: Garden Junk Forum - Tipsy Planter

I bought a electric fencing post at Ace Hardware (rebar)
It was 99 cents! All you do is put it in the ground and pile on your pots, tip them the way you like, add dirt and plants!
I love it!! Infact I want to do more!!! But where would I put them all...sigh...

I've seen these using tea kettles, water cans, pots, and shoes

Cute! I have heard they are hard to water - is that the case?

I think I might try one next season. I also love the wave petunia "trees" - but it would take a King's ransom to buy that many wave petunia pots!

I love the tipsy pot you made 184tea and the nice garden totem on the top. I like that idea. I will make the tipsy pot next year and maybe I will just put one of my garden totems on the top.

I put a couple of the tipsy pots together as soon as I seen it. I put "Soil Stuff" in with the soil. That keeps the moisure in the soil. Mine have to be watered about every third day.
