| My woody, spindly rhododendron finished blooming two weeks ago. Is it too late to prune it? How close to the ground does one prune this type of plant? |

| This is the 3rd year for mine. It bloomed nicely last year. This year I pruned it in the spring and I read that you pruned it after it flowers. So this year I have lots of foliage but have yeat to see a bud forming. |
