found these worms in my soil

hi,yesterday i was checking out my pots and cleaning out dead winter leaves and plants i spot some movement under the soil so i dig alittle and i find these worms.is these worms is insect larvee?what should i do with the soil?what about the plants?thy look kinda sick dont know is it from the being indoor because of the winter or is it the worms?please advise.i use regular soil mix in these pots.i am planning to switch to 5 1 1 mix as soon i can.

They look like earthworms to me.
