thrips and beneficial insects

| Does any one out there have any experience with controlling thrips with beneficials? I have spider mites and thrips in my grow room. I have thrown away a small fortune in freesias, anmones, etc.. I bought lady bugs and lacewing eggs. I guess I just want to know if anyone has any idea how to deal with these pests using beneficials. Another question, has anyone ever heard of a thrip killing a lady bug? I know that they can stike and kill some mites.
