moles, moles, moles

I have my annual plague of moles, which for the most part, follow the perimeter of my house and the attached concrete sections (driveway, etc.). The tunneling is pretty much confined to about 5 feet or so, from the borders.

I know that there are agents which kill the food (grubs, worms, etc.). The info that I have read on the net states that once the food is killed, the critters 'head out'. But won't that cause them to 'head out' (tunnel) in every direction, since they don't travel overground?

Can someone please recommend a solution that will rid them (and keep them out), without total disruption?

Thanks.
