Pink Eggs or Fungus?

Hello,
I have a strange looking pink stuff on the leaves of my tree. Sorry, I do not know what kind of tree. They almost look like insect eggs.

| What does this feel like? Does it come off when you rub on the leaf, or does it feel like it almost part of the tissue? |

| Oh, you want me to touch it? LOL, I will be brave and try to reach the top ones. I removed the ones I could reach. I'm back, no luck reaching them will try a ladder tomorrow. Thank you for trying :~) |
