hey guys,
can someone help me identify these insects(link below) i see them pretty much everywhere around my garden so i just to want to make sure of what it is and if i do something bat it. thx a ton!

The oval grey fellows are sowbugs. They eat decaying organic stuff.

The elongated brownish critter is a garden centipede. Good to have around as it's a predator of small insets.
