Hi,
I live in zone 6 and have never seen such a moth , when I googled to find more about it , I came up with pics from Isreal and Africa .
It seems we have adopted this moth's design for our amy outfits . Anyody have a name for this guy/girl??? Any info would be great !! Nature never fails to amaze me !

What a beauty! It's a Pandorus Sphinx moth. The fully mature caterpillar is a large brown hornworm (without the horn!). You may find the caterpillars on wild or domesticated grape, or Virginia Creeper.

Rhizo is right! I'd trade my Cecropia stock just to get some seedstock of those beautiful sphinx! All Eumorphas are beautiful, but the Pandora is considered rare.
