Fruit fly repellant?

| I have millions of fruit flies in my worm/composting bin. They become a disgusting and annoying cloud every time I open it. Is there some way to naturally repel these pests? Thanks very much!! |

| Keep the lid tightly closed. Then, either bury any new additions in the bin, or cover with fresh bedding. |
