getting rid of chipmunk

chipmuncks ate all my flower bed. I also used the coutoy urine method but didn't work. So today I finally decided to catch them. So i used the pool bait. Fill the half of the bucket with water and layer of sinflower seeds. Made a 3 feet long slope with 1 seed in 2 inces of distance. it was around 7:45 PM i thought now they wont come out to eat but after 1/2 hrs i saw 3 of them. they were roaming around the bucket and slowly they started going on the ramp and finished all the seeds. after couple of min on came and looked into the bucket and jumped. within 45 min i caught one and i covered the bucket and next day i'll throw him couple of miles away from my house.
This really work only think i;ve too make sure is next time when i use the same method they won't be able to recognize the trap.
Thanks to the people submitting the blog on net.

RE: getting rid of chipmunk

After a couple of days in a bucket half filled with water that chipmonk will have drowned so there would be no reason to drive a couple of miles away to get rid of the body.
