leafhoppers everywhere

I have thousands of leafhoppers in my greenhouse and yard! I'm looking for any non-pesticide solution to the problem. I have not used any pesticides since we moved here 11 years ago, and rely on a great population of beneficials. However, the leafhoppers are really trying my patience. I've already tried releases of green lacewings and orius to help control the leafhoppers. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Insecticidal soaps can be very helpful in gaining control over leafhopper populations. I had a bad infestation in my vegetable garden and lawn this summer, as well.

I have had great success getting rid of leafhoppers using yellow sticky ribbon. Peaceful Valley has two types of yellow ribbon. The cheaper type allows some of the hoppers to hit the ribbon and then get off again. The more expensive ribbon holds onto all the hoppers.
