Can you identifiy this good bug?

| I have a friend in my garden. It starts out as a nymph with a red abdomen and was hanging out on lantana. I saw the adult on a grapevine. It (obviously) likes to eat japanese beetles, to it is definitely a good bug!
Thanks,

| Called a wheel bug. Did you take the photo in N. CA? If so, your county's Agricultural Commission is VERY likely to want to know about the Japanese beetles! |

| Thank you! Whoops, forgot my profile still says Northern Californa - I actually just moved to Pennsylvania. Hence, the overwhelming number of Japanese bettles. Thanks again, Bellatrix |
