black sand shape pellets, termites?

Hi guys,
I got a few black sand shape pellets on the floor of the corner of my garage. They reappear one day after I clean them up. These pellets look exactly like those pellets from the roof shingle. My house is only 5 years old. Could that be from termites? Thanks, Liang. |

| Hopefully, you have called in the professionals to take a look at your problem by now! And I hope it wasn't termites, but I suspect the worse. |
