Circle of eggs

I purchased a corkstem passiflora (suberosa) and noticed that on the underside of two leaves there is a large circle of white eggs surronded by red bugs that look like ticks or mites. I was hoping some one could ID them for me. Thanks!

Probably newly hatched stink bugs. (But a photo might help clinch the ID.)
