WANTED: An old blue mini

I used to have a mini true blue color iris that grew in my grandmother's garden. Lost all of them over the years and would dearly love to have some again. They would have to be an old variety, and were very small, not more than 6 or 8 inches tall. Even a name or source where I could get some would be great! They were a lighter blue color, not real dark. I have an interesting brownish gold dwarf iris with purple beards, an a couple other TB's, some nice daylilies etc. Thanks

RE: WANTED: An old blue mini

I have something that sounds like your grandmother's iris that I traded with an older iris collector years ago. If you want I can email you a picture to see if the color is close. Let me know if you'd like to see a pic. :)
