Love Fairy Rose, Fireball, and Floridor. I wonder if the historics are more disease resistant than the more modern iris, as far as leaf spot.

I like Floridor too --- that white beard beside the veined hafts.

Don't know about leaf spot --- the old old purple that has 'red' in it's name (?) never gets leaf spot in my garden when others are succumbing.
