X-post: Napa Country Iris Garden

In looking through the on-line catalog, I fell in love with this unusual iris. We'll be going up to view the garden plantings in early May, I may have to find room for this beauty!

I like this iris a lot, but want more ruffles :)

I think there are several similar ones to choose from...
Anyways after looking through the full website for Napa I decided to make an order. I think if you compare around you'll find their prices quite reasonable for newer Iris. I have visited their garden before, and was impressed at how well they grow their Iris, and the quality of their introductions.

As far as prices for newer Iris - Joe Ghio's Bay View garden used to be king for me, but if I don't order for a couple of years, I don't get the catalog anymore...and he has no website for orders... oh well... at least I can get some from the club auction....
