Can Daughter of Stars still win the Dykes?

My first stalks have just emerged, and they're all from DOS. This is such a beautiful iris. I know that there is a window of several years from which an iris wins the Wister Medal that it is eligible for the Dykes. But I cannot remember the time frame. Does anyone know?

If you don't grow Daughter of Stars, consider it: it's really beautiful, just glows in the garden.

An iris is eligible for 3 years after winning the WM, DOS won in 2007, hence 2010 was its last year of eligibility. The 2011 ballot can be seen on the AIS website, www.irises.org.
