Some quick iphone photos of Daughter of the Stars Iris! This is my first fancyish bearded this spring.

and here's one of the heirloom irises from my grandmother's yard among santa barbara daisies.

Absolutely wonderful Aimee!

I saw a bud with color today!!! Will have to rumage under rose branches to find tag. 2 other fat buds on never-have-bloomed ones. I'm excited.

Oh, man! My Daughter of Stars doesn't even have buds, and I don't think it will bloom this year.
That's a gorgeous iris. Maybe you'll get rebloom this year.
