The irises in your neck of the woods have not bloomed yet.
Be patient, you may yet see a bloom stalk. They seem to appear overnight. By the way, is it planted in full sun? They also need full sun to bloom.

Plus how deep are they planted? If planted too deep they wont bloom either

Mine took two years after being transplanted, with vigorous green growth but no blooms until this third Spring - and also, as said, the bloom stalks appeared overnight! I swear I was checking daily :)!

Mine also reproduced A LOT - I have three times and more what I originally planted. They are in fairly rich soil, moderate water, and "mostly" sun - only sun until 2pmish -- I was afraid they would not bloom that this was too little sun but my yard just doesn't have FULL sun... Luckily this year they are blooming like CRAZY.

So perhaps wait at least one more year?

Finally blooming and it was worth it. These were heirloom bulbs off my friends' 100 year old homestead farm.
