I see varying things on the internet, some sites suggest Romantic Evening is a rebloomer, other sites say it is not. Any opinions here?

I have and am mostly ordering rebloomers. I'm torn between Romantic Evening (if it is a rebloomer) and Double Agent. If you know of or have both, which do you prefer?

I'm sticking to almost all rebloomers because my yard gets mostly shade in the winter, and only 4-6 hours of sun in the summer, so I figure if I get at least one bloom in the Spring, I'll be happy! So far, this year is my first bloom season, and I'm pretty happy with the rebloomers, although the colors aren't very vibrant, most of the pale varieties almost look white. We've had an unusually wet and long winter, with strange weather patterns for the past 6 weeks- one week hot (up to the high 60's), one week cold (down to the low 50's). Many of the plants are confused here...
