A strange iris seedling

Ivan21

Here is a picture of some iris seedlings I crossed last year, stratified in the fridge for a month and later planted in some soil mix. I have been spray watering them every 3 to 4 days.

As you can see one of them is completly white (lack of chlorophyl?). Currently the white one is beginning to sag a bit and I think it might not make it. Has anyone ever seen a simillar seedling?

The little plants are about 3 inches high at the moment, are they ready to transplant outside? Should I cut the longer leaves down a bit because they are very unstable due to fast growth indoors?

Thank you for any helpful answers.

Ivan
