| I wanted to share a couple pictures of a variegated iris in my garden.
I thought the above plant was extra special since I've only seen variegated iris like my other two:

I had this a my previous residence. I may pick some up this weekend at the local greenhouse. Love the foliage contrast in the garden. Flowers are old fahioned orchid and "plain" be today's standards.

That's really interesting, how the streaking fades into a third color. Maybe it will stay that way, and you will have a new iris! By the way, those are beautiful plants. I especially like the white and green, which surprised me since I am generally partial to yellow. I think I may have to order some for next to the pond... Renee

I really like the streaking on the top 2 pics. I have the white/green and the yellow/green already. They do look nice with the different foliage next to my other iris.

Hi there! I was surfing the iris sights and came across something called 'Canadian Streaker' C.Chapman 1997. Looks exactly like your top 2 pics. Hope this helps :0) vina

I think I have a variegated iris with a similar pattern to your first picture. At least it looked a bit different a few days ago. I'll have to find some time to go check it out (and figure out what it's name is).
