Iris blooming indoors

Hi,
During the recent flower show, I purchased 4 potted iris. It was too cold to plant them outside and so I kept them inside our house and watered them sparingly. Well now they are blooming! Can I still plant them outside as soon as the weather warms up?

They will be happy to go outside. I would wait until the bloom is done in case a sudden temp. change might cause the blooms to ....... ? ... wilt?
