What's eating my iris? (pic of insect)

These insects are small--about 1/8" long. I should be grateful they went after only one of my irises. I'd appreciate an ID and a suggestion as to what, if anything, I should do about them. Thanks!

They are amorous iris weevils. Kill them all.
