Be patient. I'm zone 6, a warm zone 6 at that. My earliest tall bearded iris started blooming last week or so, with many, many yet to bloom. I'm pretty sure that at least Armageddon & Before the storm are late season bloomers, so I probably wouldn't expect to see them bloom here for at least 2 or 3 weeks, so might be early June in your zone. I think if your fans have 4 or 5 leaves on the fan, you should get bloom this year.
