These are all very pretty blooms. PAUL BLACK would be my favorite. Now that you mention it, I was wondering why your PAIL BLACK didn't look like mine when I looked at pictures the other day.

I had a hard time deciding between Money in Your Pocket and Walking On Air, and ended up with the latter. How does MIYP bloom for you?

This is the first year for Money in Pocket, so too early to judge, but it has a reputation for being very floriferous. Isn't it frustrating when some irises just seem to take the year off when it comes to blooming? Last year Rare Treat was filled with bloom stalks; this year, none. And I don't think someone stole it, as has been done with several of my other iris.

My Walking on Air just bloomed today for the first time. I'll get some photos later this afternoon. I love it- just as pretty as I thought it would be, but I don't think it has a reputation for being a great bloomer. I'll count buds.

I have heard people say that Rare Treat was problematic in cooler areas, and that Classic Look was a better iris for them. I grow Classic Look, but Rare Treat is just a little prettier and rufflier, I think.

Saturn has such a deep saturated tone it looks like it's made of velvet. And Crete is so dark, it belongs in a goth garden. However Poetic Walk would best fit in my garden. All so lovely lovely!
