| I think this is the name of one of my unknown iris. The picture at Dave's Garden looks like it but then I saw another iris by that name and it looked completely different. Does any one know what iris this could be if it isn't Appreciation?

| I don't have an answer. Nola's has a picture similar to puttytat's (at daves). Beth's picture was perhaps shot in the shade but shows the same plummy hafts and fall edging. Does your camera shoot on the red side? It's registered with this description: S. buff tan edged gilt; F. orchid lavender, red brown hafts |

| The one at Nola's looks completely different than mine. The colors on my pictures are pretty true to the colors of my iris. Chere |
