I haven't a clue where this one came from. Several years ago I divided a very overgrown bed of iris. I had 3 or 4 heirloom iris in the bed with maybe a dozen named varieties. The heirlooms overran the bed & everything stopped blooming. I divided, shipped out boxes of the iris for postage keeping some for myself hoping to retrieve a few of the named ones. The majority have been the heirlooms, but I did recover a few iris each of most of the others. I've had some surprises, had given up on several. Couple of years ago Tea Leaves bloomed, last year Peach Jam showed up. This year an odd white one bloomed that I don't remember ever having. And now this one, don't remember ever having one like this. I like it though.

Also, Rhinelander bloomed. It is a new one for me, the photo doesn't do it justice. Actually, I had to take the picture before it was completely open because a storm was coming.
