top - it is snow white and i could not get the digital to show the almost all white - a bit of yellow on the back of the beard - i put down the "point and shoot" and used the nikon d80, but still could not reproduce the true color -

lower - almost a true color - i did up the contrast a bit -

i do not know names - these iris belonged to my grandmother - her beds were destroyed in the mid '60 and i have been trying to restore her collection
