What do you mean it doesn,t feel good? If you apply pressure to it is it mushy? If so cut out the mushy part and appy a 10% bleach solution to the cut area and keep the dirt pulled back for a few days to allow it to drie.

Are you seeing old mother rhizomes which do wither away after bloom and producing babies?

Hi!
No it´s not mushy but it looks like a dry rhizome but they are green leaves growing from it. I planted them last year so its not old eather.
Anyone who have a suggestion what it can be? Shall i take a photo of it?

Posting a picture would help.Hopefully someone here with more experance will see something. I read a few things and cann,t find anything like your describing.
