Is it Eden's Paintbrush?

The coloration on Eden's Paintbrush is described as "dappled" which suggests an irregular, random pattern. In my iris, the color lines are quite prominent and regular. I therefore doubt that it is E.P.

So I think there is a great difference amongst this cultivar depending on culture. Or a lot of hybrids are being sold as this cultivar

Prhart, I searched also and could find nothing similar. In fact it is so unusual I wonder if it's a cross? With I. pseudacorus?

Usually the arrow markings show on upper petals too. Here the styles are solid (excepting the picotee edge) as well as 3 more grape petals. Most unusual.

Iris-gal--Thanks for taking a look at my photo. You had helped a friend identify Magic Ruby for me and I really appreciate your taking the time to check out these varieties. I believe that this one is indeed Prairie Glory. I toggled between the photo you recommended and mine and the two appear identical in terms of color, patterning on the falls and the picotee on the style arms. Even though it's not essential, it's nice to have a label to attach to individual varieties.
