The first one has just finished blooming. Could it be I. orientalis (Spuria)?

I adore this one...

Could it be a Pacific Coast Native Iris? While it has come back yearly without trouble it has never thrived/clumped much. I know the PCN iris are several zones higher than mine, but I figured that might explain why it has never done much in my garden. It has the most spectacular scent too, reminds me a bit of Hosta plantaginea. This one finished blooming two or three weeks ago.
