Dwarfed wild iris ID?

I found this dwarfed iris on my lake in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The fans are 10-12 " high. The flower is tiny

(thumbnail sized,) typical iris form, and yellow. I collected a pair of pods and nearly three years later now have three sprouted newbies. No photo of the flower yet - not until I get up there when they're blooming again.

Any ideas what this could be?

Tried and failed to find how to post my photos to this site. I give up. Other sites are so simple. Anybody have method that works?
