Here's how to know that you are truly hooked on iris

I'm really hooked. I'm having ALMOST as much fun digging the rhizomes as I have during bloom season.

There is something so very satisfying about big, healthy, sturdy and firm rhizomes! No rot! They are beautiful! To the average joe these would not be pretty but to my eyes they are handsome and are so full of potential for next year's bloom.
