I found this flower in my friend's garden but me and my friend both don't know the name of this flower. so any one know the name of this flower?

it is an iris. bearded iris.

Could be Blue Staccato

There are so many it could be hard to tell without buying a named one just like it and growing side by side.
You could search the database to narrow it down.

It is a Plicata that is the color pattern. google tall bearded Iris blue plicata. Might help you find a name

Look on Jung Seeds and Park Seeds websites. I have seen this iris at one of those.
