cha cha hume strut and flourish iris

I bought these irises for my front yard this summer from Lowes. They did not come with a tag they only came with a white stick with their name on it. My question is what zone are they hardy to. I am in zone 3/4 and I just want to know what to do for it this winter. Also by any small chance are they rebloomers. Oh and I have no pics of the flowers I really didn't think about it while they were blooming.
The cha cha Hume is white with lavender streak in the center. The other- strut and Flourish hume is a deep purple with yellow I think.

Hmmmmm...........I vaguely remember that name so I did a Google image search on Strut and Flourish. Yup, there are several pics. Love that search feature.

I did a search before and they both came up with nada! I did a search again today and it gave me a zone-zone4- for one but it didn't have a pic so I don't know if it is the right one.
