| I have a few NoIDs that perhaps some of the Modern Iris enthusiasts might be able to assist with. Any help would be appreciated.

This was supposed to be JUAN VALDEZ. The company I got it from is no longer in business.

This was supposed to be MUSIC SWEET MUSIC, a 2008 intro by Meininger from Woodland Iris. I thought it was correct, until I read the description in the catalog.

This was supposed to be RED TORNADO. The company where I got it told me it was FADED DENIMS, but it doesn't match the AIS description.

| The first makes me think of 'Ice For Brice'. I received MSM as a bonus last year, but it didn't bloom for me this season, so I can't confirm or deny it's ID, but it's film photo doesn't really help does it? The third doesn't look especially modern to me :) and it's not ringing any bells. Good luck! |

| Thanks for the tip on Ice For Brice. It certainly looks very close. The 3rd photo is 'modern' in these sense that it is not historic. Something introduced 29 years ago is still, technically, modern. The closest thing that I stumbled that is similar to #3 is COLLAGE (Bob Brown 1986), but the wash at the edges is not quite present. |
