Iris japonica.. I used to grow the variegated form...wish I still had some.. Just couldn't dig up *everything* when I moved..

Very nice. I have never grown this one. Are they hardy to colder zones and how fast do they spread? I too should probably think about adding this to my gardens. Love the different look it gives.

Only hardy to around 10F (zone 7) and evergreen. If happily sited, spreads like crazy and forms a large colony! Makes a good groundcover. This is a woodland iris.

It looks like iris tectorum, Japanese roof iris. Yours is the prettiest I have ever seen. I love these photos!

Doesn't look like tectorum to me (petal shape isn't right). It's an evansia of some type - I. japonica or I. confusa probably.
