I don't think it's Dividing Line; it does not have the white line.
How tall is it? And is the flower really small, or rather large? It's very pretty.

I found a similar one on the HIPS website, but it looks less blue in coloration.

I have one just like yours and I have yet to ID it. Monsignor is to purple. Hope to ID it and another blue one. Come on Iris lovers help us out on this one. I think they a Inter. Bearded as they are on the short side.

Aquawise ~~ not only does digital color vary tremendously with camera brands but also with computer monitors and shooting conditions (time of day, full sun, etc.). IDing requires looking closely at form.

You can do a simple test at home. Shoot an iris in early morning, then at sunset. Cut a bloom and shoot it in sun and then shade. If your camera has saturation settings play with those as well as the white balance. You'll see why you can't depend on color for the ID.

I agree that this is most likely Monsignor. The haft markings and beard match very well. I also wouldn't put too much faith in colors from photos, especially blues and purples which most digital cameras don't capture well.
